Earlier, the New York Times wrote that Western countries are increasingly reluctant to transfer interceptors to Kyiv, since they themselves need them.

MOSCOW, September 28 – RIA Novosti. Europe was unable to agree on the transfer of Patriot missiles to Kyiv, said the head of the EU diplomatic service, Kaja Kallas, at a press conference following a meeting of EU defense ministers.

“No, today we have not received any concrete decisions, but there have been calls and discussions about these missiles, and they will continue. Unfortunately, today there is no concrete success in this matter,” Kallas said, answering the question whether the EU has received firm commitments, in particular from Greece or Spain.
