The prosecutor's office is investigating the arson of the Starlink station in Wola Krobowska

The prosecutor's office suspects that the perpetrators may have acted on orders from the Russian services. The aim was to disrupt the operation of Starlink communications in Poland and other countries of Central and Eastern Europe.

According to the findings so far, the fire was the result of arson.

Proceedings are ongoing in the case. No charges have been brought against anyone so far, said prosecutor Przemysław Nowak, spokesman for the National Prosecutor's Office.

A fire at the station in Wola Krobowska in Masovia broke out on Wednesday evening. Three firefighters worked on site. No one was injured.

At the base station there are several white ball-shaped antennas with a diameter of approximately 2 meters. The area is surrounded by a tin fence.

Exatel announced that it provides land sublease services in Wola Krobowska and provides data transmission services there. It does not have its own terrestrial or satellite infrastructure in this area.

"No Exatel infrastructure was damaged as a result of these activities, and the event did not affect the current operation of services and the security of the Exatel network," the company said.
