Der Fokus sei auf Diplomatie zu legen. »Notwendig sind ein sofortiger Waffenstillstand und die Aufnahme von Friedensverhandlungen mit Russland.«

Ziel sei eine Normalisierung der wirtschaftlichen Beziehungen zwischen Deutschland und Russland sowie eine sofortige Aufhebung der Wirtschaftssanktionen, heißt es weiter im Entwurf der eher russlandfreundlichen Parteien. Ein solcher Antrag hätte vor allem symbolische Wirkung, die zentralen Befugnisse hinsichtlich der Ukrainehilfen und Russlandsanktionen liegen in Berlin und Brüssel.
