This Tuesday (29), TV Globo will hold a debate with Fernando Haddad and Tarcísio de Freitas, candidates for the government of São Paulo. The broadcast will be live.
The event will be broadcast by GloboNews, Globoplay and g1, which will carry out fact-checking. GloboNews starts coverage with analysis at 7pm.
The debate will have 4 blocks. In blocks 1 and 3, candidates will choose themes and metropolitan regions for the questions.
Blocks 2 and 4 will have free themes and final considerations. At the end, each candidate will be able to give a 7-minute interview.

TV Globo promotes this Tuesday (29), right after the soap opera ‘Quem Ama Cuida’, the debate with candidates for governor of São Paulo.
Candidates from parties and federations with a minimum representation of five parliamentarians in the National Congress were invited: Fernando Haddad (PT) and Tarcísio de Freitas (Republicans).
Five days before voting, the meeting brings candidates to Palácio dos Bandeirantes face to face in an opportunity to present proposals, compare views on the state's main challenges and dialogue directly with voters.

At Globoplay, the public will have access to the free TV Globo signal in simulcast. After screening, the content will be available in full on g1. G1's coverage will also feature the work of Fato ou Fake, which will verify the candidates' main statements.
At GloboNews, the analysis of the dispute begins before the candidates meet. Starting at 7pm, "Central das Eleições", commanded by Natuza Nery, mobilizes the channel's team of commentators with analyzes of the electoral scenario and expectations for the debates.
Merval Pereira, Mônica Waldvogel, Octavio Guedes and Felipe Nunes participate in the coverage. At the time of the debate, GloboNews will broadcast the meetings from São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Minas Gerais, respectively to their states, and in the rest of the country, the public will follow J10.
Debate rules
The debate will be based on questions between the candidates, with the aim of seeking to deepen their plans for the government, in the propositional nature of discussions on the main themes for the state.
The dynamics of the meeting, as well as the configuration of the scenario and the disposition of the candidates, were designed to reinforce this purpose.
The debate will be divided into four blocks and candidates will be able to walk freely around the studio.
The first and third blocks will be dedicated to specific topics, lasting 20 minutes each, with 10 minutes for discussion of each topic. In these blocks, each candidate will choose a theme among the six previously defined by Globo journalism and which will be shown on a big screen.
You will then select one of the state's metropolitan regions. The question proposed to the opponent must be related to both the chosen topic and the region. Each candidate will have 5 minutes per topic and will be able to manage their time freely.
Both themes and regions can only be chosen once. A draw will decide who will ask the first question in the first block. In the third block, the opening will automatically fall to the other candidate.
The second and fourth blocks will be free-themed, lasting 20 minutes each. In each of them, candidates will have 10 minutes to conduct the debate and manage their own time. The candidate drawn to start the second block will be the second to ask in the fourth block. At the end of the fourth block, candidates will present their final considerations.
Press conference
After the debate ends, each candidate will be invited to the press room, where they will have the opportunity to give a 7-minute press conference. The order was defined by lot in the presence of party representatives:

2nd - Fernando Haddad (PT)
