In the Ivanovo region, an elderly woman lay on the floor for four days with a stroke due to the refusal of the 112 service to send doctors to help her and the need to open the door. Telegram channel “112” reports this.

According to the publication, a Russian woman from Kokhma became ill during a telephone conversation with a friend. The woman suddenly began to speak incoherently, and then the interlocutor contacted the rescue service and said that she suspected her friend was having a stroke. However, operator 112 refused to send a team of doctors and order them to break into the door, since this requires permission from the owner.

As a result, when the pensioner’s daughter returned to the apartment, she found her mother already in serious condition - half of her brain was damaged, the woman had lost her legal capacity.
