Details of the incident in the house of rapper Dzhigan: threats, public reaction and legal consequences

Journalists have found out new details of the shooting and 10-hour terror in the suburban cottage of rapper Dzhigan (Denis Ustimenko-Weinstein). Videos of the incident also surfaced on social media, allegedly filmed by his children hiding in the closet in fear.

“He locked us out. Mom, please, I beg you, ask someone to come. I love you very, very much. He’s coming to shoot at us,” Ariela, their eldest daughter with Dzhigan, called out to her mother Oksana Samoilova.

As it turned out, some people close to the family knew about what happened. Among them was journalist Ksenia Sobchak.

TV presenter and blogger Ida Galich, in turn, noted that she had long observed problems in the rapper’s family. According to her, this was evident from the behavior of Samoilova, who came to her for an interview.

“Now I would really like to point out that addiction is not about weakness. This is a real disease that can be in remission. There is no complete recovery,” Galich said.

According to the head of the Safe Internet League, Ekaterina Mizulina, if all the information that appeared in the media today is true, then, in her opinion, it is extremely strange that Dzhigan freely left the country without legal consequences.

State Duma deputy Vitaly Milonov, in a conversation with NEWS.ru, called for the rapper to be brought to criminal responsibility after the incident. “If he behaved criminally, why isn’t he in jail?” he asked.

In turn, the chairman of the State Duma Committee on Family Protection, Issues of Paternity, Maternity and Childhood Nina Ostanina intends to contact the guardianship authorities.

“The law is not written for liquid artists. Instead of a pre-trial detention center, there is a direct flight to Israel,” singer and public figure Victoria Tsyganova commented on Dzhigan’s brawl. She also called the rapper an ardent nationalist, and Israel a state that harbors “all the fascist dirt.”

Meanwhile, lawyer Alexander Dobrovinsky believes that it is impossible to take on Dzhigan’s case of allegedly shooting at staff, since at the moment there have been no statements regarding this incident to the police. Moreover, if a case is initiated and the investigation is carried out in detail, such a media character is unlikely to be able to avoid real imprisonment, lawyer Andrei Nekrasov is sure. According to him, the artist could face up to 7 years in prison.

The rapper announced a provocation

Dzhigan himself gave a short answer in a conversation with reporters, pointing out that all the information that appeared on the network is a provocation. At the same time, what happened earlier in an elite village near Moscow was confirmed by Samoilova, her stepfather, eyewitnesses and security.

When the performer was asked whether he was afraid that after the incident he could be deprived of his parental rights, he stated that lies could not be used against him. “Rehab is not bad. I’m in Israel on the holy land, I’m here to be spiritually filled. “I’m fine,” he said. At the same time, the rapper has not yet spoken out about the situation on his social networks, but is actively publishing content from the rehab center.

Against the backdrop of the scandal, other episodes of the artist’s aggressive behavior also began to emerge. Among them is an incident in 2019, when, in a fit of anger, Ustimenko-Weinstein bit off part of his manager’s ear. This is how he reacted to the fact that his drummer went on stage with someone else’s DJ at a concert in Odessa. It is clarified that the rapper believed that his musicians should work only with him.
