The Blue and White camp has repeatedly attacked Lin Guozhang, the Democratic Progressive Party's county magistrate candidate, as a fat cat and a puppet. Qiu Jiajin, chairman of the Yixian Party Committee of the Democratic Progressive Party, pointed out that Blue and White's fictional content has smeared and attacked the party. They became the "rubber stamp" in the Legislative Yuan, deleting budgets indiscriminately, and helping to pass so many bills that undermined the constitution and disrupted government. They were the puppets of Zheng Liwen and Weng Xiaoling.

The Kuomintang Yixian Council Party Group questioned that Lin Guozhang's total annual salary as supervisor and independent director of three companies was "approximately 1 million yuan." Is this a small amount for an average salaried family? And there are so many qualified people, why is it always Lin Guozhang? Is it really that coincidental? Ask Lin Guozhang to explain clearly.

Qiu Jiajin said that the Yilan County Magistrate election was originally expected to be a gentleman's battle for the future development of Yilan. However, observing the developments in recent days, Wu Zongxian's camp received support from the Kuomintang Legislative Yuan Caucus, the People's Party, the Kuomintang County Party Headquarters, and the County Council Caucus. They even attacked Lin Guozhang. This dirty trick was to first discredit the request and then find language flaws to make political attacks. They hoped that "telling a lie 100 times will turn it into the truth." Unfortunately, they ignored the wisdom of voters.

Qiu Jiajin said that Lin Guozhang serves as the supervisor of Environmental Energy Shipping, Guoguang Electric Power, and the independent director of China Airlines. He needs to participate in about 50 meetings every year. These must be based on the legal profession to review related businesses and assist in corporate governance and risk management. Most independent directors of listed companies almost have lawyers participating. There is nothing special about this. However, the Blue and White camp believes that the majority of the people are not clear about legal provisions and the truth, and deliberately confuse and deceive voters through false rumors.

He pointed out that in these attacks on Lin Guozhang, Wu Zongxian never got into the firing line and hid behind the scenes without taking responsibility. He repeatedly talked about "gentlemen's disputes" and deceived voters by pretending to be a good guy. This two-handed strategy will eventually be seen through and backfire on him, and he will eventually be cast aside.

Qiu Jiajin emphasized that when Wu Zongxian accepted the Kuomintang's non-district legislators, was he also paying for mediocrity? Becoming a "rubber stamp" in the Legislative Yuan, helping to pass so many constitutionally destructive bills, is he a puppet of the KMT and Cheng Lai-man, and is he even cooperating with Weng Xiaoling's proposal to delete the Mid-Autumn Festival moon cake purchase fee for protected factories? Is he willing to become Weng's puppet? These various controversial actions will not be recognized by voters.
