She proposed policy issues such as maternal and child care, long-term care and services for new residents to win the support of women and new residents of ethnic groups.

Chen Suyue said in her speech that she is a daughter who grew up in rural Nantou and is also the daughter-in-law of Yongjing in Changhua. As a public opinion representative, she can better understand the hard work of many women in the family. They not only have to share housework, but also take care of the elders, raise children, and bear the dual pressure of work and family. Therefore, she proposed the "Parenting 321 LOHAS YOUNG Mommy" policy on women and children, from psychological counseling during pregnancy and postpartum care to childcare and school education, to establish a complete childcare support system to reduce the burden on young families.

She further pointed out that in the future, central resources will be combined to promote long-term care 3.0 to help the elderly achieve aging in place and reduce family care pressure through a complete social care system. Changing the topic, she pointed out that women have already supported half of society, citing former President Tsai Ing-wen and Vice President Hsiao Meiqin as examples. Taiwan is a democratic society that values ​​gender equality, and more and more women are stepping out of the family to engage in public affairs. If elected as county magistrate, she will promote women's growth academies and women's club activities to provide more platforms to showcase talents and participate in public affairs.

Not only that, Chen Suyue also pointed out that Changhua County has implemented the "10,000 Health Checkup Campaign" that has become a national model for many years, indicating that it will continue the plan and combine central resources to implement President Lai's "Healthy Taiwan" policy and take care of the health of female friends.

Since there was no shortage of new residents in costumes attending the event, Chen Suyue said that she was grateful to these new residents who had married away from other places and settled down in Taiwan, cultivating outstanding second-generation new residents and becoming "sons of the new Taiwan." The process required hard work such as adapting to culture, language and education issues, etc. Therefore, she proposed that if elected as county magistrate, the county civil affairs office would establish a single window for services for new residents and integrate household administration and other related resources to allow new residents to live and work in Changhua.
