Suspicious death of prosecutor Sibel, who came on holiday from Germany

Prosecutor Sibel Tunç, 42, who came to Istanbul with her husband for holiday from Germany, applied to the hospital with the complaint of vomiting. While waiting for treatment in the hospital, Tunç fell ill and died. It was stated that Sibel Tunç had been complaining of vomiting for about 4 days and had chronic blood pressure. An investigation was launched after the death was considered suspicious. Sibel Tunç's body, which was received after the autopsy at the Forensic Medicine Institute, was buried in Silivri.

The incident took place in the emergency room of Silivri State Hospital in Istanbul, in the Silivri district, on Sunday, September 13, at around 04.50.

According to the information obtained, Sibel Tunç (42), a German citizen born in Hamburg and working as a prosecutor in Germany, came to Turkey for a holiday with her husband Aykut T.

The couple started staying in a house in Mimar Sinan District. Tunç, who had been complaining about vomiting for about 4 days and was learned to have chronic hypertension, was admitted to Silivri State Hospital after he vomited again at around 02.42.

Tunç, whose emergency room was opened, suddenly fell ill while waiting for treatment. Thereupon, Tunç was taken to the red area and lost his life despite all the interventions of the doctors.

An investigation has been launched into the death of Sibel Tunç.

The body of the deceased prosecutor Sibel Tunç was taken from the Forensic Medicine Institute by her family. Tunç's body was buried in Silivri.
