The suspect, who burglarized the house in Gölbaşı, Ankara, was also linked to the events in Bolu and Kastamonu.

According to the information obtained, the incident occurred on September 21, 2026 in Gölbaşı district. In the study initiated by Ankara Police Department Public Order Branch Directorate's Theft and Pickpocketing Bureau teams under the coordination of Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the suspect of the theft from home was identified.

During the investigation, it was determined that the female suspect, who was learned to be pregnant, came to the scene wearing a sheet and a hat in order to avoid being recognized. It was determined that the suspect entered the door of the house, which was closed without being locked, and stole money and jewelry worth approximately 170 thousand liras.

It was determined that the suspect, who changed his clothes in the park after the theft, changed his appearance and then took a commercial taxi and fled the area.

In the investigation carried out by the police teams, it was determined that the suspect was involved in theft from two separate houses in Bolu in August, in which approximately 300 thousand lira worth of money and jewelery were stolen, and in September in Kastamonu, in which money and jewelery worth approximately 40 thousand lira were stolen.

During the interrogation of the suspect, it was determined that he had 152 separate criminal records for theft and was sentenced to a total of 260 years in prison.
