Since it is now the time to hire workers, buy fertilizers, and thin branches, but they cannot obtain low-interest post-disaster loans from the farmers' association, nor can they get natural disaster cash assistance, so they can only eat dirt.

In this regard, Ping County Government pointed out that the Department of Agriculture responded that cash assistance for agricultural damage also includes responses to "delayed agricultural damage". Farmers can use the disaster damage site photo APP to upload it within 3 months after the accident. If the Agricultural and Food Administration announces it, they can enter the cash assistance process.
