Corpse in pieces in Turin: validation hearing awaited for the three arrested

The validation hearing is expected to be set for the three arrested after the discovery of a body torn to pieces in a house on the northern outskirts of Turin. The victim is Fabio Colapietro, 39 years old, born in Chivasso. Seriously suspected of murder and suppression of a corpse is Christian Matheus De Oliveira Morando, 26 years old, originally from Chivasso (Turin). For aiding and abetting him and contributing to the suppression of the body, two women were arrested, including the 47-year-old teacher, originally from Rieti, who lives in the house for rent.

The investigating judge of the Turin court will have to schedule the hearing within 48 hours of the request for validation, which last night the prosecutor's office announced it would present in the next few hours.

Parts of the body had been found in black bags and others inside buckets covered with quick-setting cement, in the night between last Thursday and Friday. The alarm was raised by De Oliveira Morando's mother, who had called 112, stating that her son had harmed a person.

Initially the twenty-six year old would have spoken of a fight over a robbery or theft.
