Four types of meals are served every day in the restaurants, where hygiene standards and food safety are given great importance. While menu planning in restaurants that operate 5 days a week is prepared to focus on red meat 2 days a week, white meat 2 days a week, and legumes and vegetables 1 day, a total of 180 different types of menus have been offered so far.
