Isael Munduruku, indigenous candidate, presents proposals to generate jobs and income in Amazonas

Isael Franklin Gonçalves, known as Isael Munduruku, is 48 years old. He is from Manaus and grew up in the municipality of Borba, in the Kwatá-Laranjal Indigenous Land. This is his first time running for governor.

Isael Munduruku presented proposals aimed at generating employment and income in the state. Among the measures mentioned are the professional qualification of young people and the valorization of activities linked to tourism in Amazonas. The candidate also proposed improvements to the sector's infrastructure and the creation of credit lines for tourism entrepreneurs, both in Manaus and in the interior municipalities.

During the walk, the candidate also greeted voters and spoke with supporters about proposals for generating jobs and income in Amazonas.

The electoral campaign began on August 16 across the country. Candidates can now advertise on the streets and on the internet. On TV and radio, advertising began on August 28th. The first round of elections will be on October 4th.
