A man was arrested and a 14-year-old teenager was arrested this Tuesday (22) in Feira de Santana. They are suspected of killing a young man in a polyclinic.

The victim, aged 20, was forcibly removed from the health unit. She was shot dead in the polyclinic parking lot on July 9th.

The teenager was caught with weapons and drugs in the George Américo neighborhood. He confessed to having fired four shots at the young man on the day of the crime.

A man was arrested and a 14-year-old teenager was arrested this Tuesday (22), in Feira de Santana, the second largest city in Bahia. They are suspected of participating in the murder of Raimundo de Souza Santana Júnior, aged 20, on July 9th.

The young man was awaiting medical care at the George Américo Polyclinic, when three armed men invaded the health unit and forcibly removed him from there. He was taken to the parking lot, where he was shot to death.

According to the Civil Police, images from the unit's security cameras and other elements gathered during the investigation helped to identify the man arrested by teams from the Homicide Police Station (DH). This suspect is named as one of those involved in the execution. He was taken to the Sobradinho Police Station Complex, where he awaits a custody hearing.

The teenager was apprehended while the Military Police were patrolling the George Américo neighborhood. The corporation reported that it was approached by a man, who reported the presence of an armed group in a residence. When they arrived at the indicated address, in Conjunto Diadema, the agents found the teenager; The other suspects who were at the scene managed to escape.

Once apprehended, the minor confessed to the police that he had participated in Raimundo's murder. He detailed that he fired four shots at the victim.

25 portions of cocaine, three pistols, chargers, ammunition, a knife, a cell phone and a precision scale were also seized from the teenager.

The young man was taken to the Adolescent Offender Police Station (DAI), where the appropriate measures were taken. According to the PM, the teenager had already been apprehended in April this year during an action that resulted in the seizure of a firearm and the recovery of a theft-restricted vehicle.

Now, investigations continue to clarify the motivation for the crime against Raimundo Santana, identify the participation of each person involved and locate the other suspects.
