The CCP’s tactics to block Taiwan’s WHA are suspected to have been exposed, and it actually asked its allies to “block the station” for Beijing.

Taiwan has been blocked by China for many years and has been unable to formally participate in the World Health Assembly (WHA). Recently, suspected internal documents of China's diplomatic system have been exposed, revealing that Beijing may require cooperation in advance from the Federated States of Micronesia, which has established diplomatic relations with it, and may even provide arguments against Taiwan's participation in the WHA. This shows that the CCP is not just declaring the "one-China principle" on international occasions, but may make advance arrangements through diplomatic networks to ask friendly countries to suppress Taiwan on its behalf.

The X social account "hCharizard" forwarded a dark web document stating that China provided RMB 1 million in aid arrangements and required the Federated States of Micronesia to sign a joint letter to prevent Taiwan from participating in the World Health Assembly.

It is worth noting that the content of the document shows that after the relevant diplomatic tasks were completed, China suspected of proposing an aid arrangement of RMB 1 million. If the content is later confirmed, it will highlight that Beijing may link diplomatic pressure and economic assistance to exchange substantial benefits for other countries' political cooperation in international organizations. The so-called "aid" may become a diplomatic bargaining chip to serve political purposes.

China has repeatedly criticized Taiwan for engaging in so-called "money diplomacy" in the past. If the contents of the exposed documents are true, it may allow the outside world to see how Beijing uses aid and diplomatic relations to influence the positions of other countries, creating a strong contrast of "accusing while operating" and calling into question the CCP's long-term claims of "peaceful development and mutually beneficial cooperation."

China has long used UN Resolution 2758 and the "One-China Principle" as political tools to block Taiwan's participation in the WHA, in an attempt to exclude Taiwan from the global health governance system. However, Resolution 2758 itself does not address Taiwan’s right to participate in international organizations. Beijing’s continued expansion of explanations and demands for cooperation from other countries is no longer just a cross-strait political issue, but also involves the politicization of international organizations and the integrity of global health cooperation.

The greatest significance of this exposure of suspected internal documents is that it may make Beijing's operation mode of obstructing Taiwan's participation in the WHA more concrete; from asking allies to cooperate with political discussions, to the subsequent suspected provision of millions of yuan in aid, if the relevant content is further confirmed, it will highlight the CCP's operation mode of using diplomatic pressure combined with economic incentives to suppress Taiwan's international space, and once again expose the gap between its so-called "opposition to money diplomacy" and its actual actions.
