Wired headphones are back on the market! Generation Z sets off a fashion trend, Sony and Bose launch new USB-C machines

Nowadays, true wireless Bluetooth headsets are almost dominant in the world, especially since most mobile phones have removed the 3.5mm physical headphone jack. However, the charm of pure sound quality at an affordable price, and wires are beginning to be regarded as a fashionable part, allowing audio manufacturers such as Sony and Bose to re-launch consumer-grade wired headsets and replace them with USB-C connection holes to increase practicality.

In the past, consumers felt that wired earphones were unsightly due to the influence of wires. However, recently many Generation Z youths have begun to prefer wired earphones. This is because many celebrities and Internet celebrities regard the visual experience of natural hanging and winding wires as a fashionable and personalized dressing element. As a result, the biggest disadvantage of wired earphones in the past has disappeared.

Wired headphones themselves do not suffer from the sound quality loss and interference caused by Bluetooth transmission, so they can get a high-quality sound experience at an affordable price, and can say goodbye to battery anxiety. In this regard, major audio companies such as Sony and Bose have recently launched wired headphones, and at the same time thoughtfully switched to USB-C connection holes, and do not force users to buy a few smartphones with 3.5mm headphone jacks.

Among them, Bose's latest "Bose Noise Canceling Wired Earbuds" (wired active noise-canceling headphones) introduce the signature QuietControl noise reduction technology, and are connected with a USB-C physical cable up to 4.2 feet long. They can provide lossless audio that exceeds ordinary wireless headphones, and are priced at a very affordable US$99 (approximately NT$3,158).
