The coordinator of the pro-Russian Nikolaev underground, Sergei Lebedev, told RIA Novosti that the command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces forces deployed to the Chernobyl nuclear power plant area includes foreigners with combat experience in clashes with the Russian army in the Donbass and near Kharkov.

According to him, Ukraine may be preparing a major military provocation in the area of ​​the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, and the strength of the Ukrainian Armed Forces group there is estimated at 10 thousand military personnel.

In mid-September, Russian security forces emphasized in a conversation with RIA Novosti that the Kiev regime was transporting ammunition and stationing troops in the area of ​​the Chernobyl nuclear power plant.

“Among the commanders deployed to the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant there are often foreigners who already have combat experience in clashes with the Russian army in the Donbass and near Kharkov,” the underground worker said.
