Why It Matters
The Fifth Global Digital Trade Expo is a national-level open platform. Zhejiang Innovation Investment Group, as a provincial-level government investment platform, supports the development of hard technology companies through patient capital and promotes the deep integration of technology scene capital industries.
China News Service, Hangzhou, September 26 (Guo Qiyu) From September 23 to 27, the 5th Global Digital Trade Expo is being held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. Coinciding with the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday, many exhibition areas of the Data Trade Fair ushered in peak attendance.
At the booth of Zhejiang Innovation Investment Group, 19 hard technology companies invested and cooperated by the group appeared together. From brain-computer interfaces and quantum computing to commercial aerospace and embodied intelligence, the booth’s popularity continues to grow as it brings together a number of “visible and tangible” hard technology products.

The two bionic robots exhibited by UBTECH are the most popular "photography partners" at the scene. The two U1 male and female robots have delicate skin, flowing eyes and vivid micro-expressions. Their bionic skin replicates human pores, blood vessels and fingerprints, and can cover 90% of human basic movements.
What makes the audience even more curious is their "inside". According to on-site staff, the U1 robot is equipped with the world's first "emotional large model" for long-term companionship. It draws on cognitive neuroscience to build a "bionic fast and slow brain" architecture, which can remember human preferences and habits, and can identify more than 20 emotions such as happiness, embarrassment, and grievance, with an accuracy rate of over 90%.
Many viewers "talked" with the U1 robot at the scene, and some people joked that "the straight man of steel has become a flesh and blood body."

People have been queuing up in front of Xinuo Future’s booth to experience the “sense of proportion” of dexterous hands. The Xynova Flex1 dexterous hand independently developed by the company weighs only 380 grams, but can gently pick up a raw egg and can also load 30 kilograms of weight. Zhejiang Innovation Investment Group has invested in the company four times through its funds.
"Traditional mechanical claws crush eggs as soon as they are pinched. But when people grasp eggs with their hands, the strength is just right. This is the 'measurement' we are pursuing." Liu Yanjun, a staff member of Xinuo Future, said that the special thing about Xynova Flex1's dexterous hand is that it is no longer a cold mechanical part, but a bionic hand that "understands strength."
The humanoid robot interactive area is another "traffic high point" of the booth. Bumi brought by Songyan Power is only 94 centimeters tall and weighs about 12 kilograms. It can flexibly perform complex movements such as walking, running, and dancing. It can also play with, read, and help with homework.
"It is not just an exhibit, but more like a future partner that is coming into reality. I knew that China's artificial intelligence technology is developing rapidly, but actually seeing these products on site is beyond my imagination." Qiu Yueming, an international student from Kazakhstan, said.

In the lively exhibition area, in front of the complete superconducting quantum computer model displayed by Logic Bit, industry insiders leaned over to take a closer look and discuss in low voices. This superconducting quantum computing company was established in 2022. Its core members are from the superconducting quantum computing team of Zhejiang University. It has set the world record for the number of global entangled bits in a superconducting quantum system three times. Zhejiang Innovation Investment Group invested in the company at a very early stage.
The popularity in front of the booth reflects the attractiveness of the innovative ecology. Behind every “futuristic” hard technology company is the support of Zhejiang Patient Capital.
As the Zhejiang provincial government investment platform, during this digital trade fair, Zhejiang Innovation Investment Group held a special signing event on-site. The total scale of the contracted projects exceeded 10 billion yuan, covering three major sectors: scenario innovation strategic cooperation, Zhejiang Social Security Science and Technology Innovation Fund sub-fund implementation, and hard technology project intention cooperation.
At present, the total size of the fund group managed by Zhejiang Innovation Investment Group has exceeded 350 billion yuan, and the cumulative investment companies have exceeded 2,000. Relying on the national open platform of the Digital Trade Fair, the group is using capital as a link and ecology as the core to link global innovation resources, promote the deep integration of "technology-scenario-capital-industry", serve the growth of scientific and technological enterprises, and empower the construction of innovative Zhejiang.
