MOSCOW, September 29 – RIA Novosti. The most beneficial terms for Ukraine were the terms of the peace agreement proposed in April 2022 in Istanbul, said Verkhovna Rada deputy Dmitry Razumkov.

“I believe that the highest quality conditions that were on the table were those in April 2022, when Arakhamia was brought from Istanbul,” he said in an interview with journalist Natalya Vlashchenko.

According to Razumkov, this agreement could have a positive impact on the future fate of the country.

“Let’s remember how much investment could have come here. <…> Let’s count how many enterprises would not have been destroyed,” he added.
