12 suspects in the Istanbul capital market investigation were referred to the courthouse

12 suspects who were detained within the scope of investigations regarding transactions carried out in the capital market in Istanbul were referred to the courthouse.

Kerem Lafçı, Pusula Otomotiv Filo Kiralama AŞ General Manager Necmettin Enes Töbü, Katılımevim Tasarruf Finansman A.Ş., who were detained within the scope of the investigations. The transactions of Purchasing Manager Engin Geylan, internal auditor Niyazi Derindağ, expert Hacı Bayram Adıyaman, MIEM Yapı İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ IT Support Specialist Yusuf Caf and Tera Holding employees Ayşegül Kaya, Evren Uçar, Okan Uzunoğlu, Cem Gürkan Alpay, Duygu Kuşçu and Hüseyin Emre Sezer at the Istanbul Police Department's Financial Crimes Fighting Branch have been completed.

The suspects were brought to the Istanbul Courthouse in Çağlayan after a health check. The suspects' statements at the prosecutor's office have started.

The demands for the 12 names referred to the courthouse have been determined. Accordingly, Töbü, Lafçı, Alpay, Geylan, Uzunoğlu and Caf were referred with a request for arrest.

Adıyaman, Kaya, Kuşçu, Derindağ, Uçar and Sezer were referred with a request for judicial control.
